- Offer valid for 10% off the total price of qualifying chimney and masonry repair services, up to a maximum discount of $500.00.
- Exclusions. This offer does not apply to interior fireplace restoration services or hearth products, including but not limited to fireplace inserts, stoves, gas logs, and related appliances or accessories. Offer does not apply to inspections, cleanings, diagnostic fees, permit fees, or trip charges unless expressly stated.
- Presentation Required. Offer must be presented to the Clean Sweep 317 representative at the time of the initial inspection. Offer cannot be applied retroactively to estimates already issued, work already scheduled, deposits already paid, or work already performed.
- No Combination. Offer cannot be combined with any other coupon, discount, promotion, membership benefit, rebate, or price adjustment.
- Insurance Work. Offer may not be applied toward, or used to offset, any insurance deductible or any portion of a claim payable by an insurance carrier. Offer is not valid on work billed directly to an insurance carrier.
- Limitations. One offer per household, per property address. Offer applies only to services performed within Clean Sweep 317's service area (Marion, Hamilton, and Boone counties, Indiana). Offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Void where prohibited by law.
- Expiration. Offer expires September 30, 2026. Work must be sold and scheduled on or before the expiration date.
- Modification. Clean Sweep 317 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time without notice. Clean Sweep 317 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a service qualifies under this offer.
