I had Clean Sweep 317 come by the house we just bought to inspect the chimney and fireplace. Ross & Co. did a fantastic job with the Level 2 inspection — they were very professional and communicative. But, most importantly, they were thorough: there are some big problems with our chimney, and after the inspection I think Ross probably spent 40 minutes on the phone debating potential options, which he then presented to me before leaving. He didn’t, however, press me into doing anything in particular. Overall, great service — if I decide to go with one of the options Ross presented, I’ll be coming back to Clean Sweep 317 for service!
